Jetting water cooling - the ultimate option
Our new cooling system redefines what liquid ring pumps can deliver in mobile vacuum applications. As a new alternative to traditional fan air cooling, we created a cooling system that harnesses the powerful cooling capacity of the jetting water already onboard the vacuum truck and uses it to keep the service water cool and efficient. The cooling system is 100% analog, without any need for connecting to a control system or using electrically driven pumps, valves or sensors. With a simple tube heat exchanger, we transfer energy between the service water and the jetting water. This cooling circuit is driven by a small water pump integrated into and rotated by the liquid ring pump. Water absorbs heat far more efficiently than air, giving this system a massive performance advantage during long, demanding working hours.
